WEEKLY UPDATES | SPOTLIGHTS 

SPOLIGHT: Sharon, Andrew, Ren, and Ryan participated in the grueling last man standing mountain race in Conifer! Give them the biggest hug and high five because this race tested all aspects of mental and physical capability. We thank Thomas Hanks, Dante Liberato, and Ryans partner for supporting the racers and keeping them engaged, hyrdrated, and well fed. Efforts like this can be done alone, though time after time, having a group of people support can uplift the athletic experience. Cheers to those willing to embody their training and the hard work they choose to put in week after week.

WEEKLY UDPATE: The Dante 500 Documentary is out in the world! According to a german critic, the documentary is an 8/10 lol. Grab some popcorn and your best friends and enjoy the journey not the destination. Watch it here!

CLOSURES: TBD | Dante and Ren are going to visit South Dakota to be in service during the Lakota Tribe Sundance. We will have new coaches to support while we are gone, but there may be a few days or times during the day where we will resort to open gym access.
